There are thousands of myths about the world of music around the world, but these are the most significant, incredible!

Keith Richards smoked the ashes of his father. The guitarist of the legendary Rolling Stones has been on everyone’s lips. There is a rumor that he smoked the ashes remaining after the cremation of his father. This would have made ostensibly to check another rumor circulating through the streets and saying that these ashes have a psychotropic effect. wow!

Jim Morrison’s grave is empty. Some believe that Jim Morrison did not die and just faked his death. All to get rid of the overwhelming success it was. Thus it is believed that the grave that bears his name in Paris is empty. lol Where is he?

Listening to Mozart makes babies smarter. It is believed that bringing classical music to unborn children when they are in the womb or shortly after birth will help to deliver a superior intelligence. However, there is no evidence that this is true. Do you believe it?

This rumor started in 1993 when a magazine named Nature said that college students are studying more concentrated when listening to Mozart. This report had quite an impact. He is even considered applicable in business and politics. But the experiment was not done with babies, so there is no evidence.

Sixties singer Mama Cass, once a member of The Mamas & The Papas, choked to death on a ham sandwich. mm?.

McCartney died in an auto accident in 1966 and was replaced by an impersonator. Reed and Baker died of drug overdoses. Great Impersonator!

Prior to the ceremony in which they received Member of the British Empire (MBE) awards, the Beatles smoked a joint in one of the Palace’s bathrooms. It really can be true!

The Great KISS Gene Simmons had a tongue transplant from a cow. omg!

Surprisingly enough, some of this myths are still circulating, masquerading as true stories.

Biophilia by Björk

Biophilia by Björk

Björk’s great merit, she does not care about fashion or prevailing styles. She turns away from all this to do whatever she likes, experiencing a non-stop achievement and managing to create music that is unlike any..

All this demonstrates, once again with her latest and perhaps her most ambitious project to date: Biophilia. Not  a single CD or a mere collection of songs. This is an idea,  quite avant-garde music project which includes texts, images and multimedia applications .

Recorded partly in an iPad app,  Biophilia is the first album in history produced in collaboration with Apple and National Geographic, the CD contains 10 cuts, each of which is both a virtual application that allows you not only look different moving images, play games, like the song “Virus” , in which a virus is trying to wooa few cells and we can avoid it, so that they are not infected. By defeating the virus, the music stops.

Björk sought to reconcile art and nature with technology and science, Biophilia is a conceptual work in which Bjork explores the relationship of humanity with the sound and the universe by using virtual instruments and percussion, the only truly organic are her voice and hes splendid singers. The environment then becomes intimate, close, subtle, deeply beautiful.

CHECK THE NEW SOLSTICE APP!

Björk will appear at the New York Hall of Science in Queens on February 3, 6, 9, 12, 15, and 18 and at Manhattan’s Roseland Ballroom on February 22, 25, and 28, as well as March 2
